Nongjiya group Altargana is a beautiful flower that grows in the vast steppes of the Mongol Land. However, it is more well known for the "Altaragana Festival", a unique celebration for Buryats. Today Buryat-Mongols live in three different countries, i.e. the State of Mongolia, the Republic of China, and the Russian Federation. Because of this situation, relatives have to cross borders to see their family members. And still today, there are some people who haven't seen their husbands, wives, sisters, brothers and children for 50 years.
